1. Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Sakshi, we believe in offering the best quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@houseofsakshi.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item if defective. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for return shipping.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
• Exchange: Exchanges are accepted for the same product in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are customized, on final sale, or bought during clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
